DH Mining donated and built the Lurio Bridge with a total investment of 15 million US dollars,which is 307 meters long and 9.5 meters wide. The company also built a 96-kilometer highwayconnecting the bridge's south to the N13 Highway.

Upon completion, the bridge and highway can accommodate large vehicles, greatly shorteningthe land distance between Nipepe (Niassa Province), adjacent areas and Nampula. They providea convenient land route for regional connection, trade, personnel exchange and logistics.
